Founded in 2002, IDMN is a network of independent dance producers, dance managers, project managers and self-producing artists. Now under new leadership, we are seeking to expand IDMN's work in order to better support and develop producers at all stages of their careers so that they can in turn better support independent artists and advocate on behalf of them and the wider independent sector.

As a member-led organisation, we are seeking new Executive Committee members to join us who can help shape IDMN's future and future work; we're particularly, but not exclusively, interested in hearing from people with a background in organisational development, artist development, leadership or fundraising, as well as people who work in other areas including community dance and rural touring. We also have a vacancy for our Treasurer role.

This is an unpaid position, and you will be expected to attend up to four committee meetings a year. You will also be expected to join IDMN in order to be part of our Executive Committee.
