Stress is something everyone experiences but it can be harmful when out of control.
With external conditions adding increasing pressure on us, there are many simple techniques which can help us remain resilient. This short session introduces the concept of stress, how to recognise warning signs and some interventions we can make to help manage stress levels.
Drawing from personal experience and previous practice as a qualified occupational and organisational stress management consultant, this introductory session will be led by PANDA Director, Anne-Marie Crowther.
