Wednesday 14th June
10.30 - 1.30 Workshop
2 - 5.30 1:1 Surgery
Led by PANDA Director, Anne-Marie Crowther who holds an Business Masters and has over 25 years experience of helping people create meaningful strategic plans.
A business/strategic plan enables individuals and organisations clarify:
- why do what you do (vision/mission)
- what you do (activity to acheive vision/mission)
- who are your customers/clients/audience/programmers
- how & when (realistic strategy to help you achieve)
Your plan gives a sense of direction, is flexible and acts as a working document for you and it helps you communicate your value and what it is you do, to funders, public, other groups etc.
It is not just for businesses or for companies, it can be useful for anyone in order to set out their career or life path.
A short group workshop will take place in the morning to introduce the basic principles, structure and tools for your plan.
In the afternoon, there will be some 1:1 slots available for PANDA members who have attended the morning workshop, to get help on specific issues related to your planning.
Workshop Cost:
Full PANDA Members: £5
PANDA Subscribers: £15
Non-Members: £50
